Heavenly Father, teach me to number my days that I may gain a Heart
of Wisdom and fulfill your purpose for my life today.

Good morning.  It is a beautiful morning. I was up later this morning - did not set the alarm but was still up before 5:30.  Lots of worked planned today - just have to work my plan now.

The whole world is a fighting - got to keep the peace in my world!

Day 1531 - Living "My Next Thirty Years" one day at a time.  Today, I will remember that "Father Knows Best!"  Only God know what is best for me - all the time, every time, for all time, and for all eternity.  May I not want what is good for me, and accept what is best for me!

Today is MMM and NO work at the Family Store.  It is my Friday off!  Will go to the gym early today and then will get started on the yard.  I do not think anything is going to interfere today!?  Weather looks good and I feel good. Let's Roll!

Yesterday was a good day.   I am still bothered by something I saw, and something I said at work but I was not at fault - just wish I had not seen it or could have ignored it.  It was 'none of my busines' but did affect my work.  I have really just got to let it go!

Tomorrow I finally have a Saturday to myself - should be able to get a the rest of my work done.  I will go to the gym early again and work at enjoying my work.  I think I use the word 'work' too much!

GUIDELINES & GUARDRAILS

Psalm 87:1-3 - His foundation is in the holy mountains.  The Lord loves the gates of Zion more than all the dwellings of Jacob.  Glorious things are spoken of you, O City of God.

Proverbs 18:14 - The spirit of a man will sustain his infirmity; but a wounded spirit, who can bear?

Bible Pathways (reading thru the Bible once more in 1 - 4) - Psalms 139 - 143

Turning Points (with David Jeremiah) - "Father, Whatever You Want!"  ( We also glory in tribulation , knowing that tribulation produces perseverance. - Romans 5:3 )

MMM - just some thoughts:  (1) Gratitude to God and true humility are what makes us effective.  (2) The only thing that I know about you is that you are glad I am here!  (3) Grateful for what I have, for who I am, and for Who has me!  (4) What we do in AA - we stop, we stay, and we say.

Saved by Grace . . . Living by Faith,
Mike

"And he said, Who are Thou, Lord?"
( Acts 9:6 )
Knowing Jesus turned Saul to Paul; turned a persecutor into a preacher;
a proud pharisee into a humble servant!
