Good morning.  Up before the alarm this morning.  Slept well and enough, am a little sore this morning - I may have done a little too much at the gym - but it is good to feel the effects of the effort.

Day 1536 - Living "My Next Thirty Years" one day at a time.  Today, I will remember not to expect to much of anyone - especially myself.  I will try to remember that contentment comes from gratefully accepting the good that comes to us, and not from being furious at life because it is not "better."

Today is A & E with AJ and work at the Family Store.  Gym after work.  Church this evening.  I noticed it getting darker earlier and lighter later.

Yesterday was a good day.  I made a difference!

Tomorrow  I will try to do it again - make a difference, that is!

In mid August we will have company from Indiana down for a few days - go to get busy, get things ready.

GUIDELINES & GUARDRAILS

Psalm 112:1 - Praise the Lord.  Blessed is the man that fears the Lord, that delights greatly in His commandments.

Proverbs 24:1 - Be not envious against evil men, neither desire to be with them.

Bible Pathways (reading thru the Bible once more in 1 - 4) - Proverbs  12 - 15

Turning Points (with David Jeremiah) - "Blessed to Be a Blessing"  ( Not returning evil for evil or reviling for reviling, but on the contrary blessing , knowing that you were called to this, that you may inherit a blessing. - I Peter 3:9 )  Come, Thou fount of every blessing, tune my heart to sing Thy Grace.

A & E @ McD - Nothing new, all is well, keeping busy, staying faithful!

Saved by Grace . . . Living by Faith,
Mike

"In Jesus Christ is the perfection of everything, and the mystery of sanctification is that all the perfections of Jesus are at my disposal, and slowly and surely I begin to live a life of order and sanity and holiness: "Kept by the power of God."
