My Prayer For "My Next Thirty Years"

Heavenly Father, teach me to number my days that I may gain a Heart
of Wisdom and fulfill your purpose for my life today.

Good morning.  Slept better, feel better, still bummed about the boys not coming this weekend.   But ... what is, is!  And it is a beautiful morning.

Day 1573 - Living "My Next Thirty Years" one day at a time.  Today I will remember that at my best, I fall short.  And the fall is a short one!

Today is MMM and work at the Family Store.  Still short handed, still have to fill the gap, still am angry that full time people get paid to be sick, and lazy, and not to work.  I want to work full-time so I can be sick and lazy and get paid to do nothing.

Yesterday was a good day.  I was tuck at the register all day at work.  Went to the gym and did a longer harder workout - felt better.

Tomorrow is Saturday, still haven't decided whether I will work or not - do not want to but do not want to miss a days pay either.  Plenty to do around here - I won't get paid to do that either!

GUIDELINES & GUARDRAILS

Psalm 143:10 - Teach me to do Thy will; for Thou art my God:  Thy spirit is good; lead me into the land of uprightness.

Proverbs 29:6 - In the transgression of an evil man there is a snare:  but the righteous doth sing and rejoice.

Bible Pathways (reading thru the Bible once more in 1 - 4) - Jeremiah 51,52

Turning Points (with David Jeremiah) - "Possessing the Promises"  (...who through faith...obtained promises.  Hebrews 11:33)  We obtain promises by faith...we have access by faith...and we are enabled by faith...we stand by faith...we walk by faith!

MMM - just some thoughts:  (1)  Thy will be done - in me and THROUGH me!  (2)  I do not make a lot of mistakes, but do make a lot of bad choices.  (3) Be kind - it will refresh the spirit!  (4) I want love and caring in my life, so I can grow.

Saved by Grace . . . Living by Faith,
Mike
