Heavenly Father, teach me to number my days that I may gain a Heart
of Wisdom and fulfill your purpose for my life today.

Good morning.  Noticing the quiet this morning.  But the more I listen to the quiet, the noisier it gets.  So I guess I will make some noise to my own to hide the noise of others.  There is a life lesson there somewhere, I think.  The important thing is that I listen for the lessons.

Day 1563 - Living "My Next Thirty Years" one day at a time.   Today, I will remember that HE rules by the force of love and the energy of goodness.  (M & E by CHS)

Today is MMM and work at the Family Store.  I think Doris and Jean will make another trip to the beach this morning and maybe to the Vero Beach Outlet Mall this afternoon.  But, of course, that is just what I think - they will do whatever they decide to do when they decide to do it.  I will go to the gym again after work.  Then I will clean up the mess I made in the yard Saturday when I trimmed the front hedge - getting ready to mow - maybe Thursday or Friday.

Yesterday was a god day.  We were short handed at work but did not affect me or my job.  Jeff call in sick, it was Teresa and Rosemary's day off, Rosa and Ricky were late - typical Monday morning.  Doris and Jean went to the Beach and to lunch at Olive Garden.  And later went to Walmart again - we needed Ice cream and milk.  We had BLTs for supper.  I started reading "The Greatest Fight on Earth" by Spurgeon.

Tomorrow is A & E @ McD and Church, and a lot of work in between.  Got to keep busy to keep out of the way and out of trouble.

GUIDELINES & GUARDRAILS

Psalms 93:2 - Thy throne is established of old:  Thou art from everlasting.

Proverbs 19:3 - The foolishness of man perverts his way:  and his heart frets against the Lord.

Bible Pathway (reading thru the Bible once more in 1 - 4) - Jeremiah 19 - 22

Turning Points (with David Jeremiah) - "Daily Grace for the Daily Grind"  ( Catch us the foxes, the little foxes that spoil the vines, for our vines have tender grapes. - Song of Solomon 2:15 )  God's grace in infinite, but accessible.  It is an ocean of grace, but is also falls in gentle drops at our feet.  It is more than enough for the little problems you will face today.

MMM - just some thoughts:  (1) ...not needing constant approval!  (2) Where have I been selfish, dishonest, self-seeking, and frightened?  (3) I pray that I may experience a new power, God's power, in my life.  (4) Forgiveness sets us free...forgiving set us freer!

Saved by Grace . . . Living by Faith,
Mike
