Good morning. It is a beautiful morning - I wish now that I had gone out to the beach and watched the sunrise. I got up later this morning, though I was up at abut 2:00 wide awake and 'thinking' but was able to go back to sleep. It is dry this morning with scattered morning clouds. But rain is expected - most of the week.
Day 1593 - Living "My Next Thirty Years" one day at a time. Today, I will remember that God knows.
Today is Church. Just want some one to listen to me - but I am of the generation that "got is all wrong" - it is a wonder the our church was ever founded at all, let alone has survived on such sandy soil.
Yesterday was a good day. Finished my laundry, went to the Gym, mowed the yard, did some trimming. Don't think I made anyone happy or did anything right.
Tomorrow I get to start all over, again. Last week I hoped for a good week - this week I am not even going to hope. It was a disaster! I am going to ask Rosemarie to let me work for her this Saturday so that I can have the following weekend off - that is when the boys are coming. So it may be a six-day work week. But I will be off, helping Alicia, October 18 - 27.
Alicia has booked my return flight from Ohio - we leave on Monday the 20th. I will get back on Saturday the 26th. Then we will truly be alone - still will have some grandkids here but they do not care to see us that much any more.
GUIDELINES & GUARDRAILS
Psalm 139:1,7, 23,24 - O Lord, thou hast searched me, and known me. Whither shall I go from thy spirit: or whither shall I flee from thy presence? Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me, and know my thoughts: And see if there be any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.
Proverbs 28:25 - He that is of a proud heart stirreth up strife: but he that putteth his trust in the Lord shall be made fat.

(James 4:1-6)
Why do we do the things we do?
I. The Cause - v1
Lusts that war in your members
II. The Consequences - v2
Ye have not because ye ask not
III. The Choice - v3
Ye ask amiss
IV. The Condemnation - v4
Know ye not
Whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God.
