Good Morning. Slept well, up before the alarm. Cooler this morning and clearer too. It is a beautiful morning. And it is Friday!
Day 1622 - Living "My Next Thirty Years" one day at a time. Today, I will remember that joy is the barometer of my spirituality.
Today is MMM and work at the Family Store. My last work day before my 'vacation' begins. We won't be able to actually do much more until we get the truck on Sunday morning. Got a lot of work here to do before we leave. I have got to make sure I have done all I can to make it easier for Doris to get along by herself - with only one good arm.
Yesterday was a good day. At least I did not quit - felt like it, but did not. Went to the gym and then took Doris to Publix. Still will need to make a trip to Walmart today or tomorrow.
Tomorrow is mowing and making sure things are done for Doris.
Jean and Marv and Donnie and Kim are planning to come for February - may be looking for a 1 month rental - told them I would look around.
GUIDELINES & GUARDRAILS
Psalm 85:4,5 - Rejoice the should of Your servant, for to You, O Lord, I lift up my soul. For Your , Lord, are good, and ready to forgive, and abundant in mercy to all those who call upon You.
Proverbs 17:1 - Better is a dry morsel with quietness, than a house full of feasting with strife.
Bible Pathways (reading thru the Bible once more in 1 - 4) - Mark 10,11
Turning Points (with David Jeremiah) - "The Unholy Trinity" (And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs coming out of the mouth of the dragon, out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet. - Revelation 16:13) There are powers that can counterfeit almost everything in the Christian life. Beware, The spirit of Antichrist is at work today. Do not be deceived by what you see or hear.
MMM - just some thoughts: (1) Keep your eyes 'above' the horizon - there are 'infinite' possibilities for spiritual growth. (2) ...you need to ask, to get an answer. (3) ...I could be a lot worse. (4) I am not God, but I am a child of God.
Saved by Grace . . . Living by Faith,
Mike
