Turesday, May 19, 2015

Good morning,  It is a beautiful morning.  Clear, cooler, dry - perfect!   I don't bother setting my alarm any more - am always wide awake by 5:30.  I feel good this morning, no unusal discomforts.

Day 1837 - Living "My Next Thirty Years" one day at a time.  Today, I will remember that the value in not in what I do, but for whom I do.

Today is MMM and work at the FS.  Gym (Gold's) after work and then home to finish (continue) trimming on the trees around the house - getting ready or the second (hurricane) season.  Doris is running errands this morning.  She is working on finishing the awnings - She wants me to lower them a little so we can see the the trim.

Yesterday was a good day.  A good day at work too.  After work I went to LAF and then we went to Lowe's - got paint and bar oil.  Used the chainsaw and got a good start on the trimming.  Sure could use some help though.  Also got me a new wheel barrow for Father's Day - I can take a hint!

Tomorrow will be my ususal busy Wednesday - but I will not be meeting AJ for A & E - he is out of town for the week.

Jeff is home this week - it is Dakota's last week of school.  Hope to see them soon.  I have some painting for them to do!

MY RUDDER AND ANCHOR!

Psalm 95:2 - Let us come before His presence with thanksgiving, and make a joyful noise unto Him with psalms.

Proverbs 19:29 - Judgments are prepared for scorner, and stripes for the back of fools.

The Word Alive in 1 - 5  (Reading I Chronicles 24-26)

Morining & Evening (with Spurgeon) - The Holy Spirit love order!

MMM - just some thoughts:  (1) Sometimes the only thing that I can change is my attitude; and most of the time that is all that needs to change.  (2) We are not selling anything; we are sharing our hope and experience.

Saved by Grace . . . Living by Faith,
Mike
