Good morning. I have not been on my blog for a couple of weeks - a lot has been "interupting" my routine. It is so easy to get out of a good habit and make excuses for it. Maybe that is what I have been doing. It is all a matter of priorites, duties do not conflict! It just requires more discipline!!!
Day 2002 - Living "My Next Thirlty Years" one day at a time. Today I will remember that we all have feet of clay. So we often need hold each other up.
Today I am off again - doing some work around the house and going to get Doris this afternoon. She may have to stay another day - don't know yet. Jeff was supposed to be here today - don't know about that either. These past two weeks have been more hour by hour than day by day.
Yesterday was a good day. Doris came thru her surgery well and is doing good. The news was not all good - but we are confident it will all be for our good and His glory. She will have to go thru maybe 18 weeks of Chemo and maybe radiation too. It will be a long summer for her.
Tomorrow I plan to go back to work - all depends - day by day, hour by hour! If Doris has to stay or if she need my help, I will take another day and make it a long weekend.
Boys are on there way back home. Jeff is on his way to California. Alicia is off today and will talk to her mother - that will be an encouragement to her.
