Good morning, it is a beautiful morning!  Slept well, up early, ready!

I finally got my desk cleaned off and found my computer!  It is good to be back.  The past nearly two months have been a bumpy ride.  Doris has had a hectic schedule and it has been totally up to me to help her keep up and on track.  Especially since we (I) totalled our van and are down to just my 92 Mazda - which has been ok except that she cannot drive it and I would not ask her too.  We have, and are learning, what it really means to "live by faith!"

Day 2113 - Living "My Next Thirty Years" one day at a time.  Today, I will remember that my best can get better.

Today is MMM and work at the Family Store.  I have to work this Saturday, so it is a 6 day work week this week.  Doris has her weekly treatment this morning at 10:00 (#12 of 18) and then she has an appointment at her new PC Dr. at 2:00.  I am not sure how I and going to work that out, but I will do whatever I have too.  They have been good at work letting me keep my own schedule when I needed too.

I have so much to do - still haven't 'finished' anything but doing enough to keep everything in order!  Well almost everything anyway.

Yesterday was a good day.  Church and leftovers for dinner - but good leftovers!  Doris is still abke to do most of the cooking, but it does wear her out at times.  She does what she can and what she wants to and the rest, well ... .  Learned yesterday morning that our neighbor, Marilyn died Wednesday night.  Doris was over there early that evening trying to help her a little but could not do much.  Her daughter flew in from Protland OR and got her Thursday.  We counted seven of our near neighbors have died since we moved here in "92!

This week we celebrate Veterans Day on Wednesday - Golden Coral here I come!!!

MY RUDDER AND ANCHOR

Psalm 41:1 - Blessed is he that considereth the poor:  The Lord will deliver him in time of trouble.

Proverbs 9:6 - Forsake the foolish, nad live; and go in the way of understanding.

The Word Alive in '15 - (Reading Acts 1-3)

Morning & Evening (with Charles Spurgeon) - "So walk ye in Him" - Colossians 2:6  Our faith is not to be confined to the prayer closet.  We must carry out into daily life that which we believe.  If a man walks in Christ, he acts as Christ would act.

MMM - just some thoughts:  (1)  I open Saturday.  (2) "a God of our understanding is not as important as THE GOD WHO UNDERSTANDS ME!

Saved by Grace . . . Living by Faith,
Mike

"If we preach the effects of Redemption in human life instead of the revelation regarding Jesus, the result in those who listen is not a new birth, but refined religion.
