Heavenly Father, teach me to number my days that I may gain a Heart
of Wisdom and fulfill your purpose for my life today.

Good morning, it is a beautiful morning.  Chores are done, everyone is still asleep.  Boys were up late but that is no guarantee that they will sleep late.

Day 1429 - Living "My Next Thirty Years" one day at a time.  Today, I will remember to be a little more positive - it may not change anything but my attitude and sometimes that is all that needs to change.

Today is MMM and work at the Family Store.  Has been a good week and a fast week - too fast!  No special plans for today accept make the most of my time but not to let time rule.

Yesterday was a good day.  Slow relaxed afternoon, until the boys got home about 5:00.  They were wound tight - having been in the car much of the day.  But Doris said they were really good - most of the time!

Tomorrow I have to work at the FPS.  All day!  Kelli is picking up the boys (but we usually end up taking them home) some time in the evening.

GUIDELINES & GUARDRAILS

Psalm 54:2,4,6 - Hear my prayer, O God; give ear to the words of my mouth.  Behold God is mine helper:  the Lord is with them that uphold my soul.  I will freely sacrifice unto thee:  I will praise thy name, O Lord; for it is good.

Proverbs 11:27,30 - He hat diligently seeks good procures favour:  but he that seeketh mischief, it shall come unto him.  The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life; and he that wins souls is wise.

Bible Pathways (reading thru the Bible once more in 1 - 4) -  II Samuel 1,2  The world delights in the failures of Christians.  How prone we are to jump at opportunities for personal advancement rather than seek God and His plan for our lives.  Personal integrity is not only dependent on human strength or reasoning, but on our submission to the Holy Spirit.

Turning Points (with David Jeremiah) - "What God Knows"  (Read Isaiah 46:10) There is nothing God does not know about your life.  You may know the past and the present, but God also knows the future.  Choose today to walk securely -- not in what you know, but in what God knows!

MMM - just some thoughts:  (1) Congratulation Diane, on 6 years!  (2) Do not yield what you have already won.  (3) It is not just a 'routine' it is my Daily Discipline!

Save by Grace . . . Living by Faith,
Mike
