Heavenly Father, teach me to number my days that I may gain a Heart
of Wisdom and fulfill your purpose for my life today.

Good morning.  Slept late - till 6:00, this morning.  On purpose, it is my morning with the boys. Payton is up and Dakota will be soon. It has been a good morning.  Took my time and still got it all done, so far!  Warm, cloudy, humid - it is a beautiful morning!

Day 1463 - Living "My Next Thirty Years" one day at a time.  Made it through yesterday, have a good chance of making it through today.  I will remember that all things are possible, but the things we work for are probable.

Today is my morning with the boys - been quiet so far.  Dakota is not up yet.  After I get off work we are going to VB to get Zachery for the weekend - so I will have three of my four grandsons here.  We may call Austin?  I have to work Saturday all day, so Doris will have them most of the time.

Yesterday was a good day.  Had to work late so I did not get to the gym.  Doris went to the store for our neighbor, Marilyn.  The boys and I went to the pond and fed the turtles and cleaned up the living room.  Then we ate ice cream before I gave them a bath.  They were all ready for bed when Doris got home.

Tomorrow, I have to work all day.  It will be almost 5:00 by the time I get home.  Maybe we will take a walk in the forest, or go to the park when I get home.  Don't know when I am going to get the yard mowed.  May never get back to the gym!  I am so bored when they are not here and so busy when they are here!

Next Friday we plan to take the boys to Lion Country Safari.  But that is a long way off!

GUIDELINES AND GUARDRAILS

Psalms 45:6 - Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever:  the sceptre of thy kingdom is a true sceptre.

Proverbs 9:11 - For by me thy days shall be multiplied, and the years of thy life shall be increased.

Bible Pathways (reading thru the Bible once more in 1 - 4) - II Kings 21 - 23:20

Turning Points (with David Jeremiah) - "God's Antidote for Sinning"  (Read Psalm 110:11)  Your word I have hidden in my heart, that I might not sin against You.   All the great temptations appear first in the region of the mind and can be fought and conquered there.

MMM - just some thoughts:  (1) LBB - Wishful thinking can lead to woeful drinking!  (2)  RFX - Willingness to do is the first step to doing.

Saved by Grace . . . Living by Faith,
Mike
