HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!
Good morning. It is a beautiful Sunday morning. Slept late but every one is up now. Doris is fixing pancakes and the boys are playing trains. Doing more fussing than playing - too wide an age range for them to play together.
Day 1465 - Living "My Next Thirty Years" one day at a time. Today, I will remember to be calm on the outside, even when I am raging on the inside that I may experience calm on the inside when it is raging on the outside.
Today is church. I think Doris is staying home with the boys - her choice. We are taking them home at about noon or when I get home from church. Been an really hectic weekend but have enjoyed have the boys together - maybe enjoyed is not exactly the right word - sometimes endured! But I am sure I will remember it differently than I lived it.
Yesterday was a good day. Worked all day then took the boys on a walk to the 'forest' then on a bike ride to the pond and fed turtles. Let them run in the sprinklers while Doris fixed taco for supper. I went to bed before they did!
Tomorrow is back to work - but a short week.
GUIDELINES AND GUARDRAILS
Psalm 55:22 - Cast thy burden upon the Lord, and he shall sustain thee: he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved.
Proverbs 11:12 - He that is void of wisdom despises His neighbor: but a man of understanding holds his peace.
Bible Pathways (reading thru the Bible once more in 1 - 4) - I Chronicles 1,2
Notes on "THE SUNDAY SERMON"
Again, Pastor Phillip broke from his exposition of James to bring a special Mothers' Day message.

Again, Pastor Phillip broke from his exposition of James to bring a special Mothers' Day message.
"Give God to your Children,
Give Your Children to God!"
I. A lesson from Sarah - "Do your job, not God's"
II. A lesson from Hannah - "Struggles are secondary"
III. A lesson from Eunice - "Faithfulness never fails"
Mothers, be all you are; only God is more!
Saved by Grace . . . Living by Faith,
Mike
