Good morning. Up late, slow getting around, just can't get motivated - it is Monday! Absolutely, postively no eating after 6:00! Yeah, right!?
It is the last day of June - the year is half over and I have not even got started yet! My next thirty years will be gone before I even get started. I guess that I had better get started then!
Day 1515 - Living "My Next Thirty Years" one day at at a time. Today, I will remember that the only way to slow down time is to live each day to the fullest, as if it were your last day, and to live life "One Day at a Time!"
Today is back to work at the Family Store. Already missed MMM - just too slow getting started this morning. I am going to the gym right after work and then home to do some of the things that I put off till the weekend but did not get done. Really just want to get Doris's van clean out and washed. And maybe clean off the side and front porches.
Yesterday was a good day. Church morning and evening. We went to Ruby Tuesday's for dinner after church. Threatened rain all afternoon, but never did get any significant rain. I did get the back porch cleaned off, but that is about all.
Tomorrow ???
GUIDELINES & GUARDRAILS
Psalm 146:8,9 - The Lord openeth the eyes of the blind: the Lord raiseth them that are bowed down: the Lord loveth the righteous: The Lord pereserveth the strangers; he relieveth the fatherless and widow: but the way of the wicked he turneth upside down.
Proverbs 30:2,3,32 - Surely I am more brutish than any man, and have not the understanding of a man. I neither learned wisdom, and not have the knowledge of the holy. If thou has done foolishly in lifting up thyself, or if thou has thought evil, lay thine hand upon thy mouth.
Bible Pathways (reading thru the Bible once more in 1 - 4) - Psalms 31-35
Turning Points (with David Jeremiah) - "What Would You Have Me Do?" (Acts 9:6 - So he, trembling and astonished, said, "Lord, what do You want me to do?") God has a plan for us today! It is our joy to pray and proceed in obedience.
MMM - just some thoughts: (1) LBB - "Neither do I condemn thee; go and sin no more." (2) RFX - Sacrifice enable unity and ensures survival.
Saved by Grace . . . Living by Faith,
Mike
