Heavenly Father, teach me to number my days that I may gain a Heart
of Wisdom and fulfill your purpose for my life today.

Good morning.  Up a little later this morning.  Warm and Humid outside, quiet inside.  My mind is on the boys, the long week ahead, and all the things I did not get done this weekend.  I am going to have a cup of coffee and try to gain some serenity before before...?

Day 1494 - Living "My Next Thirty Years" one day at a time.  Today, I will remember that 'worse' and "better' are sometimes a point of view.  It all depends on who is viewing and from where they are viewing.

Today is MMM and work at the Family Store.  Looking forward to a good day.  Maybe go to the gym today - got go get started back on a regular basis.  Maybe will start going really early - before MMM - just a thought, probably not a good thought?

Yesterday was a good day.  Went to Church, spent time with the boys, took them home about 5:00. Wish I had spent more time with them outside, working and playing - wish I were forty years younger too!

Tomorrow is the second day of my long work week - I work this Saturday.   That means I will have to do 5 days work in 6 days, right?  Don't know when we will have the boys again, but am making plans to take them to LCS on the 20th.  Told Jeff I would help him load their U-Haul on the 25th after work.  Have a lot of the boy's stuff here to get ready too - they are taking their bunk bed.

GUIDELINES & GUARDRAILS

Psalm 41:10 - I said, Lord, be merciful unto me:  heal my soul; for I have sinned against thee.

Proverbs 9:11 - For by me thy days shall be multiplied, and the years of thy life shall be increased.

Bible Pathways (reading thru the Bible once more in 1-4) - Nehemiah 9,10

Turning Points (with David Jeremiah) - "The Sharpened Sword"  (Read Psalm 119:36)  The Sword of the Spirit (the Word of God) is our greatest offensive weapon.  Keep your sword sharpened, and you will stay sharp for whatever battle your are facing today.

MMM - just some thoughts:  (1) I had to go there to get here.  (2) Life is what happens while you are planning something different.  (3) We had to end it all to do something about it.  (4) ...if I do not interfere or let my expectations override my acceptance.  (5) The "all-knowing" trash heap!

Saved by Grace . . . Living by Faith,
Mike

"All things...the tendency of human reason is to interpose here, ' 'if'!"
