Good morning. Slept well, up with the alarm. It is warm and humid with a cloud cover this morning, but dry. It is a beautiful morning.
Day 1528 - Living "My Next Thirty Years" one day at a time. Today, I will remember that I will never have what I want until I give what I have.
Today is MMM and work at the FS. Linda is going to tell her story this morning at my morning meeting. Theresa is still off, until Thursday - so we will be short handed again today. Expecting rain this afternoon - no excuse for not going to the gym today. Down to 165 this morning, on my way to 155. BP is 114/74.
Yesterday was a good day. Alicia and Kara with Zack and Chris came for dinner. Doris fixed turkey and dressing with mashed potatoes and noodles. Left overs tonight. Did not get to the gym but will today. It was so nice to have company for dinner. Watched 'Major Crimes' and went to bed.
Tomorrow is Wednesday - Don't know about A & E, I think AJ and Mary Ellen are in Las Vegas. I may go anyway.
