Heavenly Father, teach me to number my days that I may gain a Heart
of Wisdom and fulfill your purpose for my life today.

Good morning.  Up later this morning, slept better but still not what I am used too.  I just want to go to bed, go to sleep and get up.

Day 1571 - Living "My Next Thirty Years" one day at a time.  Today, I will remember that life is more work than play, more others than self, work learning than teaching, more giving than getting!

Today is the day I have been working and waiting for all my life:

Look to this day,
For it is life,
The very life of life.
In its brief course lie all
The realities and verities of existence,
The bliss of growth,
The s;lender of action,
The glory of power -

For Yesterday is but a dream,
And tomorrow is only a vision,
But today, well lived,
Makes every yesterday a dream of happiness
And every tomorrow a vision of hope.

Look well, therefore, to this day.

Yesterday was a good day.  Worked, went to the Gym, went to vote with Doris, and stopped by Publix for some ice cream and Klondike Bars ( Bogo).

Tomorrow is Thursday - Just two more days till the boys get here!  I am so ready for them!

GUIDELINES & GUARDRAILS

Psalm 133:1 - Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!

Proverbs 27:19 - As in water face answereth to face, so the heart of man to man.

Bible Pathways (reading thru the Bible once More in 1 - 40 - Jeremiah 45 - 48

Turning Points (with David Jeremiah) - "Pastors of Gratitude"  (And he appointed some to the Levities to minister before the Ark of the Lord, to commemorate, to thank, and to praise the Lord God of Israel.  I Chronicles 16:4)  If we don't take inventory every once in a while and give thanks to God for the great things He has done for us, we get totally out of perspective.

A & E @ McD - AJ and MaryEllen are in Las Vegas this week and next too.  Praying for AJ, and MaryEllen!  Can't imagine having nothing to do but to have "fun!"
