Good morning. It is a beautiful morning - clear skies, sunny and dry. Expecting a passing afternoon shower but that is normal. Heading into the dry season we need to wet up a little.
Back on "Blogger" but enjoyed doing my blog offline using MSWord. I think it is easier to use and much more flexible. In the coming months, I will be exploring easier, better ways of publishing my blog. As it is, I am not sure who is reading it and who is just annoyed by it.
Day 1589 - Living "My Next Thirty Years" one day at a time. Today, I will remember that "Winds and waves will not spare us, but they all obey Him: and, therefore, whatever squalls may occur without, faith will feel a blessed call within. His vessel has reached the haven, and so will ours." (C.H.S on Mark 4:36 - little ships)
Today is Church. Looking forward to the exposition James 3:13-18. May go to the gym this afternoon since I was not able to go yesterday because I had to work. Paul reminds us that bodily exercise profiteth 'a' little. Doris frowns on mowing on Sunday, but has no problem with eating or shopping. So I will just work a little on cleaning and clearing my desk area.
Yesterday was a good day. Worked till past 4:30.
Tomorrow is back to work - my short work week. I will use my day off to finish the work I started at the Cooley's condo. The should be here in a couple of weeks.
Really hoping for a better week this week.

I. What is it and where do we get it! - v13
A. Wisdom is "faith that works!"
1. It is knowledge
2. It is behavior
3. It is attitude
B. Wisdom comes from "faith that works!"
1. Fear - the Fear God
2. Faith - the Son of God!
3. Following - the Word of God
4. Fellowshiping - the Church of God
II. Wisdom that is NOT from God! - v14-16
A. It is earthly - envy (I want)
B. It is sensual - strife (I want more)
C. It is devilish - every evil work (I want it all)
If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God,
that giveth to all men liberally,
and upbraideth not; and it shall be give him.
