Good morning. Tried to sleep late but could not - woke up with more doubt than hope. At this point, even 1 ounce of hope would counter-balance a ton of doubt in my life. A little hope, a lot of doubt. Anyway, it is a refreshing 64 degrees this morning, sunny and dry. It will reach the low 80's by late afternoon. It is a beautiful morning!
Day 1610 - Living "My Next Thirty Years" one day at a time. Today, I will remember not to 'plan' how I am going to react to what I expect to happen - but to 'pray' for patience to accept whatever happens and to trust God in in all. (If only I could/would)
Today is Church.
Yesterday was a good day. Worked and all went well. Doris fixed the fish I brought home from church a couple of weeks ago. It was good, a little too much lemon but good none-the-less. Leftovers today.
Tomorrow begins a short work week - I have a three day weekend to be with the little boys. The should get here Friday evening/night sometime. Got to get busy getting things ready for them - so excited to see them - it has been so long.

But He gives a Greater Grace!

The Scriptures speak clearly and purposefully
to the jealous spirit of man. (v5)
Greater Grace...
1. To Submit to God - v7
2. To Resist the Devil - v7
3. To Draw near to God - v8
4. To Cleanse our hands - v8
5. To Purify our hearts - v8
6. To Mourn and weep - v9
7. To Humble ourselves - v10
But He gives greater grace. Therefore It says, "God is opposed to the proud, but gives grace to the humble." Humble yourselves in the presence of the Lord, and He will exalt you.
(James 4:6,10)
"Grace that is greater than all our sin!"
