Good morning, slept a lot better than I expected - ate way too much of Alicia's birthday cake before bed. Rained a little last night - woke me up. It is a beautiful morning though.
Day 1619 - Living "My Next Thirty Years" one day at a time. Today, I will remember - what I was going to write here was way to sad and way to honest, so - I will just let God manage my day.
I am having a difficult time getting back in to my normal routine but maybe that is good. but it is not comfortable.
Today is MMM and work at the Family Store. We will be shorthanded again today. Ricky lost his Grandmother and a young cousin in a tragic event and we are all really saddened by it. Hopefully Angel will be back today, if not, I may have to go out on the truck again. Need to get the yard mowed again some time this week.
Yesterday was a good day. Almost got caught up at work - got the mess left me cleaned up but did not get anything else done. Went to the gym - have reduced the number of reps and increased the weight. We went to dinner to celebrate Alicia's birthday.
Tomorrow is A & E with AJ and Bible Study at church with everything else in between.
This is my last week before my "vacation!" Moving Alicia, Kara, and Zack to Elyria, Ohio next week. Doris will be totally alone next week.
GUIDELINES & GUARDRAILS
Psalm 70:4 - Let all those who seek You rejoice and be glad in you; and let those who love Your salvation say continually, "Let God be magnified!"
Proverbs 14:34 - Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a reproach to any people.
Bible Pathways (reading thru the Bible once more in 1 - 4) - Mark 4,5
Turning Points (with David Jeremiah) - "Elephant Tracks" (And the God of peace will crush Satan under you feet shortly. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you, Amen. - Romans 16:20) Chris is the Overcomer! Satan is already defeated! When we stand at the foot of Cross, we stand on Holy ground!
MMM - just some thoughts: (1) ...I can still... (2) Just keep coming back. (3) Where would I be without ... (4) Let God manage my day!
Saved by Grace . . . Living by Faith,
Mike
