Good morning. Clear and cooler this morning - but will not stay that way long. Highs in the mid 80s today with a chance of rain with a cool from moving in. But it is a beautiful morning. Slept well but woke up restless and agitated. Feel better now, a little. Back was hurting from over doing it at the gym yesterday but I took an IB8 and that will help.
Day 1620 - Living "My Next Thirty Years" one day at a time. Today, I will remember that a heavy hand is not a helping hand. May I not set standards for others to achieve, but seek opportunites to help other succeed.
Today is Wednesday, dollar day at the store. Should be a busy day. Business had been slow, we need a good day today. AJ called and canceled out A & E - he had extra work to do. I guess that may be why I am a little agitated this morning. I was looking forward to a 'normal' week! I will be in Ohio next week. Really need to talk about the Haiti trip with AJ and Norm. It is only a little over three months away - got to aleast start talking about it.
Yesterday was a good day. Worked, went to the gym, rested. Finally looked under the hood of my Expo - making an loud noise - don't know what it is. I know I need to replace the alternator belt, and soon and to change the oil this weekend. Well, got to help Alicia this weekend but I may have time.
Tomorrow is mowing and getting the yard cleaned up after the the long weekend with the boys. They did a pretty good job of picking up after themselves - with a 'little' encouragement from me. I will start mowing every two week now that it is the dry(er) season.
Doris is doing ok - she hopes to be able to do more next week - she will have too - I will be gone moving Alicia to Elyria, Ohio. We will make sure she has everything she needs and she is capable of being independent - but she will get lonely.
