Good morning, here we go again! Slept well, feel good, Ready for the battle to begin.
Day 1680 - Living "My Next Thirty Years" one day at a time. Today, I will remember to faint not - due season is just around around the corner!
Today is MMM and work at the FS. I know that I will have a mess at work - and I know it will not be as bad as I expect - well, that is my hope anyway! It does not matter, work is work and I will git-r-done! Doris is going over to do some cleaning on the townhouse. I will go over after work, maybe. Would love to start back to the gym, but that may have to wait another week.
Yesterday was a good day. A good day at church - I think I am getting a little more patient with everyone - most are doing the best they can and all they know to do. It is just traffic, not war!
Went to Hof's memorial - spoke briefly, it was a good service. Thanks to all who came.
Tomorrow Doris takes Doug and Maureen back to Orlando in he morning. We will go over in the afternoon and finish cleaning so they can beginning showing it this weekend. They want to rent it as soon as possible.
Lots to do before we go see the boys this weekend - going to get Payton's B'day present Thursday - a basketball to go with the goal I got for them.
GUIDELINES & GUARDRAILS
Psalm 72:12 - For He will deliver the needy when he cries, the poor also, and him who has no helper
Proverbs 15:16 - Better is little with the fear of the Lord, than great treasure with trouble. Better is a dinner of herbs where love is, than a fatted calf with hatred.
Bible Pathways (reading thru the Bible once more in 1 - 4) - Hebrews 11 - 13
Turning Points (with David Jeremiah) - "A Day to Obey" ( But why do you call Me "Lord, Lord," and not do the things which I say? - Luke 6:46 ) The time to settle the matter of lordship and obedience is before the storm arrives. Today is a good time to settle the matter of obedience before God, come what may - a day to say, "Lord, Lord" without reservation.
MMM - just some thoughts: (1) ... face the dull, day with courage, just do what you must do and realize that it is dull, not dark. (2) I have a big part in the color of my day. (3) Do anything to help, and accept any help.

Mike
