Good morning. Up early, before the alarm, but still running late. I am tired of these cold mornings - I want it to warm up. I am so looking forward to the hot, humid Florida summers. I will get a taste of it when we go to Haiti the second week of February.
Day 1682 - Living "My Next Thirty Years" one day at a time. Today, I will remember to just get started. Everything begins in the beginning.
Today is A & E @ McD and work at the FS. It is hump day - some humps are just bumps, some are mountains! I have so much to do - but I will just let Doris tell me what I need to do today. Got to go get Payton's b'day present for sure. We will take most of the afternoon getting thing ready to go to Georgia.
Yesterday was a good day. Doris got Doug an Maureen safely to the airport and enjoyed a sight-seeing trip home down US1 and A1A. I got a large pot at work and replanted Alicia's Pony Tail Palm in the pack yard.
Tomorrow we need to get some work done at the Cooleys' Townhouse. I learned yesterday that I am going to have to do a lot more painting then I had planned. But it is always a bigger job than I had planned.
Still plan to leave for Georgia Friday at about noon. Boys are both sick but hope they are better by Saturday - Payton's Birthday!
GUIDELINES & GUARDRAILS
Psalm 82:3,4 - Defend the poor and fatherless; do justice to the afflicted and needy. Deliver the poor and needy; free them from the hand of the wicked.
Proverbs 17:17 - A friend loves at all times. and a brother is born for adversity.
Bible Pathways (reading thru the Bible once more in 1 - 4) - I Peter 1,2
Turning points (with David Jeremiah) - (Luke2:36 - 38) Age is not an excuse - but an opportunity.
A & E @ McD - AJ is going to Haiti with us - that will make it a lot easier for the construction team. He is not working thru the holidays. Making ourselves accountable and encouraging each other.
Saved by Grace . . . Living by Faith.
