Good morning. It is a really, really, really ... beautiful morning. But you know that!!!
HAPPY SEVENTH BIRTHDAY DAKOTA! I LOVE YOU MORE!
Day 2132 - Living "My Next Thirty Years" one day at a time. Today, I will remember that when our outlook on material matters change, so do our feelings about our personal importance.
Today is MMM and a day at the beach - I wish - really I am going to do some painting, and cleaning, and trimming, and maybe some mowing. Doris wants to put up the small tree we got yesterday. I am glad to be able to do...just wish I did not have to do. To spend the morning on the beach fishing and enjoying the ocean and sun and wind, forgetting everything else, would be a help now - maybe next week, maybe!
Yesterday was a good day. Did not have to work - a vacation day. Got the car fixed, I now have a new clutch hydraluic system. Thanks to some good advice and encouragement from Dominic and Gods' answer to a thousand prayers! On the way back from taking the Cooley's car back to them, we stopped at Lowe's and got a small Christmas tree. I cleared away everything from the back wall of the back porch and washed it down in preparation for painting. Enough for one day!
Tomorrow is church, maybe. Doris is not feeling much like being around a lot of 'caring' people these days.
"Normal" week next week.
