Good morning. It seems to be a little cooler this morning, partly cloudy (or mostly clear, depending on your perspective), and still. It is a beautiful morning.
Day 2274 - Living "My Next Thirty Years" one day at a time. Today, I will remember that I cannot reproduce the past, or invent the future. But I can live today in such a self-forgetful way that even when I stop to pray, my prayer is for others.
Today is A&E with AJ this morning and then work - it is 'dollar day' - it will be busy. I hope we have a full crew today! So hard to find people who really are committed to their work. I haven't missed a day's work since I have been there - almost 5 years.
Yesterday was a good day (mostly). At least I did not let it stop me or divert me from my purpose of simply doing the next right thing! And doing no harm!
Doris' report was good, and we had a good dinner (Steak and Lobster) at AJ's. but when we got there and I attempted to pet Lotto, he bit me in the neck. I am ok, I think! I will be house/dog sitting for AJ and MaryEllen next week - Wednesday thru Sunday. Lotto and I made up!
Jeff is in Mississippi to get his new truck. Alicia got new glasses. Zack is in his third week of basic at MCRD, PI.
Tomorrow is a normal Thursday, what ever that is! I alway have more to do than I have motivation to do. So glad that there is no limit to what you can put off until tomorrow!
Saved by Grace . . . Living by Faith,
Mike
