Good morning. Up early but really just wanted to sleep - did not sleep well. I am glad I finished off the ice cream last night. It is hot and humid this morning (as usual) with clouds but the weather is supposed to improve this week - more sun, less rain.I am not complaining, just saying.
We lost Grandma yesterday. Rosemary died some time in the night in her sleep. I am so glad that Doris was with her for the past two weeks. The funeral will be Monday and I think Doris will start back home on Thursday. I am feeling lonely and left out right now, but it is just feeling, not fact.
Alicia. Kara, and Zach are going up - leaving tonight and driving straight through. I will stay by the stuff - and care for the dogs.
The older kids are going back to their mother - Tammy is picking them up this afternoon at Jeff's. I am not at all happy about that for a host of good reasons.
Today is MMM and work at the Family Store. We have a volunteer group from 1st Baptist coming in to work today for a few hours. I have to work til 4:30 so I will be tired but still hope to get the yard mowed.
Yesterday was a good day. Went to the gym, talked to Doris and Alicia, made trips to Publix and Walmart. Feeling - Hungry, Angry, Lonely, and Tired! But that was yesterday.
Church tomorrow.
GUIDELINES & GUARDRAILS
Psalm 43:1 - Judge me, O God, and plead my cause against an ungodly nation: O deliver me from the deceitful and unjust man.
Proverbs 9:10 - The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom: and the knowledge of the holy is understanding.
Bible Pathways (reading thru the Bible once more in 1 - 4) - Isaiah 43-46
Turning Points (with David Jeremiah) - "Blessed" ( Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God. - Matthew 5:8 ) It is good to be happy in this world, but even better to be blessed by God. Blessing come from getting back to spiritual basics - serving others!
MMM - just some thoughts: (1) God took me under...so I would let go! (2) ...became WILLING to make amends to ALL. (3) I am no longer useless, hopeless, worthless! (4) We are here to help.
