Heavenly Father, teach me to number my days that I may gain a Heart
of Wisdom and fulfill your purpose for my life today.

Good morning.  It is a beautiful morning.  Up late, very late this morning - forgot to set the alarm and was late to bed last night.  I stayed up cleaning the bathroom - did not realize what a mess the little boys had made, wish they were here to make another mess - I miss them so much.

Day 1550 - Living "My Next Thirty Years" one day at a time.  Today, I will remember that resentment are trash, it is trash day, take out the trash.  Be Better, Not Bitter!

Today is A & E @ McD and work at the Family Store.  Church tonight, maybe.  Hoping for more sun and less rain today.  Need to get started on trimming back the fence rows a little - just enough to mow under them.

Doris texted me and sent me a picture of Dakota ready for his first day of school - wish I could have been there!  Hope to see them on Labor Day weekend.

Yesterday was a good day.  We were a man short at work so I had to do more than I wanted to.  Will be short again today too.  People just do not realize, or do not care, that when they are gone, someone still has to do the work.

Tomorrow is the next day, another opportunity to get it right and to make a difference.

GUIDELINES & GUARDRAILS

Psalm 28:7 - The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in Him, and I am helped:  therefore my heart greatly rejoices; and with my song will I praise Him.

Proverbs 6:16-19 - These six things doth the Lord hate:  yea, seven are an abomination unto Him: ... and he that soweth discord among brethern.

Bible Pathways (reading thru the Bible once more in 1-4) - Isaiah 27 - 31

Turning Points (with David Jeremiah) - "Walking the Pilgrim Pathway"  (For we walk by faith, not by sight. - II Corinthians 5:7)  We are just passing through!

Saved by Grace . . . Living by Faith,
Mike

" We are not here to prove God answers prayer; we are here to be living monuments of God's grace."
