Good morning. Slept well, up early. I was tired and got to bed late last night but feel rested and ready this morning. It is a beautiful morning - clouds are gone and the moon so bright I can see the few clouds that are scatter across the starry sky. Less humid and dry with no chance of rain today, well, not much!
Day 1614 - Living "My Next Thirty Years" one day at a time. Today, I will remember how much I enjoy having my little boys in our home. It just make it all better.
Today is MMM and work at the Family Store. After work I am going to the gym, did not get to go yesterday. Then it is home to take the boys a walk thru the 'forest' and maybe to the 'duck' pond. At least that is my plan - I have no idea what Doris or Kellie have planned. I just know that I want to be with Dakota and Peyton as much as I can.
Alicia is coming over to give Honey a haircut and bath. We are planning to take her out to dinner on her birthday, Monday.
Yesterday was a good day. We were three people short at work but had two volunteers back to help take up the slack. I really dislike doing other people's work so they can be paid to do nothing. I worked all day so Rosa would not be the only one working til close. All the other "full-time" people were out. And I had to go out on the truck too. Why do I do it when ... ?
Tomorrow is Friday - I am off. I do not know what Kelli's plans are - hope to be able to spend some time 'working' with the boys. We are picking up Zachery early evening.
Next week we are getting Alicia and Kara and Zach packed up to move to Ohio - it is going to be really difficult to let go. She has been the glue that has held everything together for a long time.
GUIDELINES & GUARDRAILS
Psalm 45:6 - Your throne, O God, is forever and ever; a scepter of righteousness is the scepter of your kingdom.
Proverbs 9:9 - Give instruction to a wise man, and he will be still wiser; teach a just man, and he will increase in learning.
Bible Pathways (reading thru the Bible once more in 1 - 4) - Matthew 21,22
Turning Points (with David Jeremiah) - "
MMM - just some thoughts: (1) ...dogs will bark. (2) ...part of our common lot. (3) Keep listening until you hear.
Saved by Grace . . . Living by Faith,
Mike
