Good morning.  Up early, slept well.  Feeling a lot better then I have felt in almost two weeks.  got up out of my chair without thinking about it and  had little difficulty tying my shoes.  Back still hurts but am getting back to just the normal hurt.

Day 1677 - Living "My Next Thirty Years" one day at a time.  That statement takes on a mindful meaning to me this morning - thinking about the loss of Hof.  Today, I will remember that days are the measure of time; eternity is the measure of life.  Enjoy the journey, but it is just the journey, not the destination.

Today is going to be a long and busy day.  Glad I can start it with the my Lord, and MMM!  We will spend most of the day finishing packing up the townhouse and getting the new place ready for the move tomorrow.  Picking up the truck late this afternoon and then going to Orlando to get Doug and Maureen.  But everything is going as planned - just more work than I had planned.

Yesterday was a good day.  Got all my work done at the FS.  After work we went to do a little more work at the Cooleys.  Talked to them by phone last night.  Everything is on track.  Thought a lot about Hof - will miss him.   His questions are all answered, I still have some?

Tomorrow is Moving Day!  I am thankful for help, and that I am able to help - but will be glad when it is all over - at least the moving part.  It will be "one hour at a time" tomorrow.

Leaving to see the boys at 1:00 next Friday!!!  At least that is the plan.

GUIDELINES & GUARDRAILS

Psalm 57:1 - Be merciful to me, O God, be merciful to me!  For my soul trusts in You; and in the shadow of Your wings I will make my refuge, until these calamities have passed by.

Proverbs 12:12 -  The wicked covet the catch of evil men, but the root of the righteous yields fruit.

Bible Pathways (reading thru the Bible once more in 1 - 4) - Hebrews 1 - 4

Turning Points (with David Jeremiah) - "Treasure Your Family"  ( When he was still a great way off, his father saw him and had compassion, and ran and fell on his neck and kissed him. - Luke 15:20 )  Whatever it takes, take care of your family as well as you can.  It is at the core of God's plan and provision for the world.

MMM - just some thoughts:  (1) Faith is the opposite of fear.  (2) Love is faith, and love is faithful!  (3) Freedom is facing our fears.  (4) If I can get out of the way, everything will be better.  (5) Aycock, Sunday, 1:00pm,
