Good morning. It is a beautiful morning! Slept well, feeling good. Still have a slight headache but no other noticeable physical problems - back and legs are not hurting! That is good because I am on my bike this morning.
Day 1694 - Living "My Next Thirty Years" one day at a time. Today, I will remember that it is my attitude that turns my burdens into opportunities!
Today is MMM and work at the Family Store. Expect a mess - and I am sure I will not be surprised. I will try to remember what I am to remember today. Doris is taking the girls home later this morning - we enjoyed having them and they were a help to Doris. If I go to the gym I will have to ride the bike or wait until Doris gets home early this evening.
Yesterday was a good day. Worked on the bike and got is in good shape - still need to get a front brake cable.
Tomorrow is Tuesday. Off We and Th (without pay) and then have to work Fr.
Cooley's will be here on the Jan. 8th, Jean and Marv will be here sometime in January. I will be going to Haiti the second week in February.

MMM - just some notes: (1) Step meeting begins this Saturday. (2) Rosemary, 1 year - recognition nest Monday. (3) Good living is a good goal! (4) How people react to me is a good barometer of how I am doing.
